Where are Moment Skis manufactured?
Every pair of Moment skis is handcrafted in our own factory located in Reno, Nevada, USA. We control every part of the process to ensure the highest quality standards.
How do I choose the right ski length?
Ski length depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, we recommend a length that lands between your chin and the top of your head. Check our size guide on each product page for specific model recommendations.
What is your return policy on skis?
We accept returns on unmounted and unused skis within 30 days of purchase. Once skis have been mounted with bindings, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days for international orders.
Do my skis come tuned and ready to ride?
Yes, all Moment skis come with a factory tune, including a base grind and edge bevel. However, we always recommend applying a fresh coat of wax for your specific local snow temperature before your first day out.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a two-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like delamination or structural failure under normal use, but does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or trees.
