Verify Eligibility
Ensure your skis are unmounted and in their original packaging, as we cannot accept returns on equipment that has been drilled or used on snow.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to initiate your return or exchange and receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the provided return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
